52 Apps in 52 Weeks
One app every week for an entire year, while working a full-time job.
Remember last issue when I said I had HUGE plans for 2026?
This is it.
The Graveyard
I have a graveyard of unfinished projects.
I buy the domain and I start building. I get pretty far, but then another idea catches my attention or I convince myself it's not actually a good idea.
Does that sound familiar?
I have nearly 20 unused domains and 5-10 half-built projects sitting on my computer. An Apple note with ideas just collecting dust right now.
Puzzle Time was a breakthrough because it was the first time I actually shipped my own product with payments, auth, and real users. But one shipped project isn't enough to break the pattern.

The Challenge
So I'm doing something about it.
52 apps in 52 weeks.
One app, every single week, for an entire year.
Here's what counts as an app:
It has to be functional. Not a landing page with a waitlist. Something that actually works.
It has to be public. Deployed somewhere that real people can use it.
Some weeks it might be a tiny tool, but most weeks it will be a full SaaS product with payments and features ready to use. Either way, the point is to keep shipping.

What I'm Building First
Week 1 is already in progress.
Managing features and bugs for 52 projects is obviously going to be a nightmare, so the first project is going to help with managing that - a central hub to track everything.
The second project will involve a problem I've experienced for years, and is seen in my Youtube Video - my speaking skills aren't great. So my second project is going to help me improve this.
A lot of the projects I build this year will either help me with problems I'm experiencing, or if I think something is a good idea or fun, or if one of you has an idea then I'm also down to consider them!
I'll be sharing the breakdown and full product within the next week, stay tuned.

If you've ever had an idea sitting in your head that you never built, or a half-finished project collecting dust, this is for you.
I'm documenting the entire journey:
This newsletter - Weekly breakdowns of what I shipped, decisions I made, what I learned, and results.
YouTube - Videos going through each build.
Website - Tracking all 52 apps in one place.
We're gonna ship more this year.
Let's build.
